Our Services

 OPS provides weekly, bi-weekly or daily visits to your home starting at $18/visit. During each visit we conduct a thorough inspection, inside and outside of your home, looking for obvious issues. You will be emailed your custom inspection report, complete with a photo and comments at the conclusion of each visit. During each visit, our staff will check the following:

Exterior

• Check on the general condition of the home exterior
• Check for signs of intrusion, vandalism or storm damage
• Check on condition of patio and screens
• Check on pool or hot tub maintenance (if applicable)
• Check on lawn maintenance 
• Check on condition of landscape plantings and irrigation
• Check outdoor faucets for leakage
• Conduct an exterior inspection for pest control issues
• Remove newspapers, flyers, packages, debris from front walkway and entrance
• Empty mailbox. Sort mail and leave at designated spot in home. Alert owners to possibly important mail. (extra $2/visit)

Interior

• Check on the general condition of the home interior
• Ensure all doors are locked and windows are secured
• Check that alarm system is functioning properly
• Check on temperature and humidity readings, proper operation of the thermostat and humidistat settings (if applicable)
• Check refrigerators and freezers are functioning properly and food has not spoiled
• Operate the garbage disposal and dish washer (if requested)
• Operate all faucets and flush toilets
• Visual check for leaks and stains around windows, ceilings, water heaters, under sinks and around toilets
• Investigate any noises, alarms, beeps or odors
• Turn on lights and fans throughout the home (if requested)
• Check for interior pest infestations
• Turn off water at main water shut off after each visit (if requested)
• Check breaker panel, furnace and water heater
• Small pet care (ex: fish, rodents, cat) (extra $3/visit)

Garage

• Vehicle checks (cars, quads, snowmobiles, etc..)
• Check car trickle charger or battery tender (extra $1/visit)

Additional Services

OPS has developed trusted relationships with licensed, qualified and reputable contractors who have years of experience and expertise in their fields. We can coordinate and provide quality services to our clients while they are away, providing peace of mind knowing that maintenance items are being tended to. Our additional services include:

• Take out / return trash and recycling cans (extra $3/visit)
• Provide access for a contractor appointment (start at $18/apt.)
• Remain at home during contractor appointments for site security($40/h.)

 Basic Landscaping

  New build sod installation and preparation and basic landscape beds.  I specialize in RundleStone retaining walls. I get my product from local quarries   

Product hauling

 ( $110/h ) Need a load of Top soil, wood chips, dirt, fire wood, rocks, boulders or gravel? I offer delivery from these suppliers among others: (CLS, BURNCO Balzac, Hillstone Aggregates, Green Drop Rock Products, Top Spray, Brooks Sawmill and Blue grass garden centre) 

Junk hauling

 ( $110/h + Landfill fees) / I will haul up to 17600 lbs (8 tons) of whatever product you need hauled with my triple axle dump trailer. I will also help donate items to support local charities. Different disposal options are available, and can be tailored for individual clients.
